Transform 2020 is AppDynamics' virtual conference, streamed live from San Francisco. It brings together technologists from top AI, cloud, and machine learning companies to discuss the future of AppDynamics and performance monitoring.
The virtual event site, created with an outside vendor, enabled live streaming of the keynote, demos, partner booths, and a lounge. The challenge was to integrate the live event branding with the virtual format. After the live event, the site became gated, serving as “on demand” content.
To boost registrations, two direct mail pieces targeted prospects and existing customers, highlighting application vulnerabilities and promoting Transform 2020. A limited run of dimensional mailers was sent to VPs, including an invitation to Transform 2020 and a pair of Apple AirPods as a gift.
